General provisions
- The penalties given below and applied to the user for a specific violation are determined at the discretion of the administration within the limits specified in the "Penalty" section for the relevant violation, depending on the degree of violation and the totality of all facts related to this violation (complaints of other users, degree of hazards, repeatability, etc.). At its discretion, the administration has the right to apply a more lenient punishment, or reduce the period of the specified block in relation to the character/user's game account;
- All of the following violations committed against representatives of the administration may result in the imposition of sanctions in the form of an indefinite blocking of the game character/game account;
- The user is notified and agrees that when contacting the support service in any way regarding the loss of game values, the administration has the right to introduce a temporary technical blocking of the user's game account or users associated with the lost game values for up to 14 days to investigate the circumstances of the loss of game values. Temporary technical blocking of the game account is also possible during the investigation of other violations committed. the administration does not guarantee a positive outcome of the investigation. The User is notified and agrees that in-game values that have a limited validity period are not restored at the end of the technical blocking period, and their validity period is not extended for the duration of the technical blocking after it ends.

Using of the User's game account by more than one person
The administration prohibits the transfer of data about game accounts to third parties. But, given modern realities, it can turn a blind eye to a violation of the user's privacy.
Remember - by transferring data from your game account to third parties, you assume full responsibility for the safety of the characters and all the game values that are on it. The administration will not take your side in case of malicious actions of intruders.

Game process automation, including using of a third-party software that emulates the presence of a player in the Game (bot programs)
Before describing punishments for the use of bot programs, we would like to outline our position regarding programmable keypads, mice, and keyboards. Technological progress does not stand still, and it would be foolish to deny and prohibit the use of new gaming peripherals. The only thing to remember when using macros on devices is that the device is designed to simplify your gameplay, not play for you. If your character turns out to be uncontrollable at the time of the check, then it will not matter to us whether it is a bot, macros on the keyboard, a younger brother, or a key pressed with a coin.
Please note that penalties for using third-party software will apply equally to both solo players and clan members - there will be no exceptions.
The message about the use of software that emulates the presence of a player in the game (bot programs) is equated to its use. This means that you cannot write to the chat about using third-party software, even if it is a joke. It is also forbidden to use nicknames/titles with promotion of third-party software, for example: "Adrenaline User", "Bot user", "Softer" and the like.
Penalty: Blocking the game account or accounts of the user for an indefinite period, a penalty from 300 Gold Coins to 10,000 Gold Coins (replenishment for a blocked character).
Selling or purchasing of game values for non-game funds or funds not provided for in the project
1. Distribution of information about the selling/purchasing of game values and/or a game account, information about the development of characters for third parties for non-game funds or funds not provided for in the project.
2. The actual selling and/or purchasing of game values for non-game funds or funds not provided for in the project.
3. An attempt of selling/purchasing game values for non-game funds or funds not provided for in the project (mentioning real currency, web wallets, etc.)
4. Deception of the project employees in order to obtain a gaming advantage and/or other benefits.
5. Transfer of any transactions to out-of-game chats (Facebook, Skype, Mumble, Discord, etc.).
Penalty: cancellation of the in-game transaction and removal of in-game values / in-game currency to the seller / buyer (at the discretion of the administration). Blocking the game account or user accounts for a period of time, a fine from 300 Gold Coins to 30,000 Gold Coins (replenishment for a blocked character).
Selling or purchasing of some game valuables for game funds
1. Distribution of information about the selling/purchasing of a character, account or clan for game funds.
2. Selling and/or purchasing of a character, account or clan for game funds.
3. An attempt of selling/buying a character, account or clan game tools.
Penalty Cancellation of the in-game transaction and removal of in-game values / in-game currency to the seller / buyer (at the discretion of the Administration). The administration has the right to restrict the user's access to accounts while investigating the fact of a possible violation of the project rules. At the discretion of the administration, the user has the opportunity to remove the block or permanent block when paying the fine. The cost and method of payment is formed depending on the violation and is individual for each account. When paying a fine, unless otherwise agreed, the blocking is removed immediately from all blocked User accounts.
The user always has the opportunity to file an appeal against the blocking (complaint) personally to the management using the complaint to support section on the forum.
